On a plot of 9.6 meters of frontage and an area of 300 square meters, the building was designed in two blocks (one in front and the other in the back) perched on a free ground floor that houses the common access, services and garages. Both blocks are composed of 5 levels, with a semi-floor in each of them. Presenting then a total of 10 units, each with its respective garage.
Each living unit is a 91 m2 open-plan semi-floor, with a central strip for access and services. The project contemplates a standard series of furniture design to equip these free floors and configure the spaces in a flexible way and freely adapting to the needs of each user. They also have large terraces with grills that receive the proper orientation and in turn act as an acoustic and visual barrier between the street and the main rooms of the homes.
